we are all children born from the nectar of Elysian Fields

When Yashoda opened the mouth of the child she saw within it Infinity and all the nebulas of the cosmos. She saw the Vedic verses written across the celestial equator.
The avatars of the heathen mystics inscribed into the heavens in constellations. She bore witness to the Divine Dance between Brahma the Creator, Vishnu the Preserver and Shiva the Destroyer, woven seamlessly into the fabric of Space and Time. For a brief moment the romance between Creation and Death was unveiled before her- all inside the open mouth of her child.
Stunned, Yashoda gasped and let out a soft cry. Her child, baby Krishna, closed his mouth.
And at once her Truth was forgotten.

I know what I really want,
but is a brighter discontent the best that I could hope to find?
